Admission Requirements
- Forms for parents
- Registration and child authorization from DELC
- Authorization form for non-medication for child care
- Vaccines registers up to date
- Disclosure of any medical needs that may require special attention and care
- Digital image (Child)
- Digital image (Familiar)
- One-time registration fee: Consists of the payment of $200, which is non-refundab;e and covers the administrative costs of registration
